Creator Program Terms

Version 2026-09-29 (draft, to be reviewed before launch)

These terms apply to people accepted into the MaxUrPoints Creator Program (“Creators”). They are in addition to the MaxUrPoints Terms of Service.

1. What you earn

  • 30% of the first payment (excluding tax) made by each new member who signs up within 30 days of clicking your unique link (maxurpoints.com/c/YOURCODE) and then buys a paid plan. One commission per member.
  • If a member clicks several referral or creator links, the last click before sign-up gets the credit.
  • Commissions are pending for 30 days after the payment, matching our money-back guarantee. If the member is refunded or charges back, the commission is reversed.
  • You can’t earn commission on your own account, on accounts you control, or on sign-ups from paid search ads that bid on the MaxUrPoints name.

2. Payouts

Payouts are made manually (for example by PayPal or bank transfer) once your eligible balance reaches $25, usually within 30 days after it becomes eligible. We may ask for tax information (for U.S. creators, a Form W-9) before paying, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

3. Disclosure is required (FTC)

U.S. law requires that you tell your audience about your financial relationship with us whenever you recommend MaxUrPoints. This follows the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC’s guidance “Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers”.

  • Every post, video, story or newsletter that links to or promotes MaxUrPoints must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure, such as “#ad”, “Sponsored”, or “I earn a commission if you sign up with my link.”
  • Put the disclosure in the post itself, where people will see it without clicking “more”. A disclosure only in your bio or profile is not enough. In videos, say it out loud and show it on screen; in live streams, repeat it.
  • Use plain words. Vague tags like “#sp”, “#collab” or “#thanks” alone don’t count.
  • Use platform disclosure tools (for example “Paid partnership” labels) where available, in addition to your own words.

4. Honest claims only

  • Only say things that are true and that reflect your honest experience. Don’t claim you used features you haven’t used.
  • Don’t promise specific savings, points values or award availability. Points values in MaxUrPoints are estimates, and transfers are generally irreversible.
  • No fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake accounts, or incentivized reviews presented as independent (see the FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465).
  • Don’t imply MaxUrPoints is affiliated with or endorsed by any bank, airline or hotel program.
  • No spam: no unsolicited bulk email or DMs, and follow each platform’s rules.

5. Brand use

You may use the name “MaxUrPoints” and screenshots of the app to describe it. Don’t register domains or social handles containing “MaxUrPoints”, and don’t bid on the brand name in search ads.

6. Ending the program

Either side can end participation at any time. If we remove you for breaking these terms (for example, missing disclosures or fraudulent sign-ups), unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Otherwise, eligible commissions earned before the end date will be paid. We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email; changes don’t affect commissions already earned.

7. Privacy

We count clicks on your link (time and code only; we don’t store the visitor’s IP address with the click) and sign-ups and payments attributed to you. Your dashboard shows totals only, never who signed up. See the Privacy Policy.
